Monthly rates are $149 for an individual, $249 for a couple and $299 for a family.
Memberships are billed monthly, with an option to pay annually and save 10%.
A one-time registration fee of $150 per person applies, capped at $300 per family.
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.

Additional adults and children may be added to a plan if they reside in the same household as the primary member.
Adults are $119 per person per month, and children are $49 per month.

Childhood vaccinations are not included and are not available in-clinic. Most pharmacies can provide vaccinations for children ages 3 and older.

Our membership plans are not insurance and do not cover care provided by unaffiliated third parties. We recommend carrying at least a high-deductible insurance plan or a cost-sharing plan. Patients with HMO or EPO plans may find limited value, as some networks require care to be provided within their system.

Minor procedures are available when medically indicated, though not all procedures are available at all times. Certain in-clinic medications, tests, and procedures may incur an additional charge. All costs are discussed upfront before you commit to care.

Due to state regulations, individuals with Medi-Cal or CenCal are not eligible for membership.

We do not offer online enrollment. Membership sign-up is completed in person at our clinic or over the phone.
